We welcome honest feedback from our customers. These guidelines apply to every rating or review sent through this website. By submitting one, you agree to them.

  1. Be a real customer. Your review must be about your own first-hand experience with Visionaries Tree Solutions.
  2. Be honest. Say what actually happened. Do not exaggerate, pretend to be someone else, or speak for other people.
  3. Keep it about the work. Leave out politics and anything unrelated to your experience with us.
  4. Keep it respectful. No threats, harassment, hate speech, or obscene, vulgar or sexually explicit language.
  5. Protect privacy. Do not include anyone's phone number, home address, email address or photo unless they have given you permission.
  6. No ads or links. Do not include links, offers or promotions for any business.
  7. Use your own words. Do not copy content from other people or other websites.
  8. No incentives. We do not pay for reviews or offer discounts or gifts in exchange for them, and we do not ask only our happiest customers to review us.
  9. No conflicts of interest. Do not review a business you own, work for or compete with, and do not review us if you are related to or close friends with our owners or employees. Our owners, employees and their families should not post reviews here.
  10. One review per customer. Use your real name and a valid email address. No fake names, no duplicate reviews and no coordinated review campaigns.
  11. How we handle reviews. We publish every review that follows these guidelines, whether it is positive or critical, and we do not remove a review because of its star rating. We may unpublish a review that breaks these guidelines, and we may update the guidelines from time to time.
